Gameplay Issues

If you experience an issue with a level, hints, moves, rewarded advertisements, game progress, or another gameplay feature, please describe what happened and the level number involved.

Rewarded Ads

Rewarded advertisements are optional.

A reward is granted only after the advertising provider confirms that the reward requirement has been completed.

If an advertisement fails to load or is unavailable, please try again later. Ad availability can vary depending on factors such as your location, internet connection, device, privacy choices, and advertising inventory.

If you completed a rewarded advertisement but did not receive the expected reward, contact us with the approximate time of the issue and the relevant level number.

Game Progress

Shikaku Blocks stores game progress and certain game settings locally on your device.

Deleting and reinstalling the App may remove locally stored progress, hint balances, and other game information.
